Wellbeing Wednesday Group Posted or Updated on 29 Jun 2025

Our ARRS roles often go out and actively engage in community activities to support our patients.

Luke Sadler our Health & Wellbeing coach recently supported a patient on her first visit to join the Cohort 4 ladies Wellbeing Wednesday Group.

They are a peer support organisation for women based in North Warwickshire who are survivors of abuse, with previous convictions or who experience mental health issues and more. They are created by and work in support of women who have felt lonely and isolated or who may be financially disadvantaged.

The Cohort 4 group are women coming together, in our community, to help other women, to develop skills, enhance social inclusion and to help women into emotional and financial independence.

Luke joined them in their activities at Ruby’s yard filling the planters and was proud to support his patient joining this group and is enthusiastic about highlighting them and all the great work that they do.

More information on the Cohort 4 ladies Wellbeing Wednesday Group can be found via the link below.
