SBitC – WOMENtalk
A mental health project where women take the lead. We tackle issues using sports and physical activities with alternative, targeted learning and discussions, all chosen by our participants. Held over six weeks (one two-hour session per week in Nuneaton and Warwick), each session is made up of group physical activities and a targeted mental health workshop, covering many topics. Aimed at women to promote mental health, wellbeing, and resilience.
