3 of the GP practices in our area have joined together to form North Arden Primary Care Network (PCN). PCNs have the potential to benefit patients by offering improved access and extending the range of services available to them, and by helping to integrate primary care with wider health and community services.

    We decided to set up this website to help us engage with our patients and residents and to showcase the work of our PCN, and to make our PCN services easily accessible to you.
