New Social Prescribing Link Worker

We at the North Arden PCN are excited to welcome Jennifer Jones as our new social prescribing link worker. Jennifer joined our additional service roles team in February and is already accepting appointments which we are delighted to be able to offer the patients at our affiliated surgeries.
