New Social Prescribing Link Worker

We at the North Arden PCN are excited to welcome Chloe Boyd as our new social prescribing link worker. Chloe has just joined our additional service roles team and is already accepting appointments which we are delighted to be able to offer the patients at our affiliated surgeries.
